The Lewiston–Nez Perce County Airport Authority is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide general and special legal counsel services on an as-needed basis.
Services may include:
- Governance and compliance support
- Contract and lease review
- FAA and aviation law guidance
- Employment and personnel issues
- Land use, property, and zoning matters
- Litigation support as needed
