Airport Master Plan

The Airport Master Plan is, arguably, the single most important policy document an airport owner may establish.  It contains historical information, an analysis of existing facilities, and a projection of market demand the airport is expected to meet.  Last but not least, the Master plan lays out an orderly, timely progression of projects needed to meet that demand.  It’s a commitment by the governing bodies to move the airport from the present to the future in a transparent manner, consistent with the values of the region and the customers it represents.
