Air Traffic Gains Altitude

Air traffic at the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport continued its upward climb in June to levels not seen since 2011.  The FAA’s contract tower reported over 3,500 landings and takeoffs, an increase of about 730 over 2016’s recorded 2,770 operations.  June’s increase follows the same trajectory as May’s with an increase of 21% over the same month in 2016.
